This aggressive ground cover is versatile and beautiful. Good in sun or shade, it makes an excellent erosion-control bamboo and its dark-green leaves contrast well with White Stripe.  Will grow in full sun but leaves look better in partial sun or shade.

Unique Identification Features

  • Resources dissagree about height, some saying humilis is taller (7') and pumilus shorter
  • Leaves measure about 7 x .75 inches
5 gallon will spread rapidly and is great for errosion control.
Dark green leaves look best in partial sun.
