Nuda culms are dark-green and upright. One of the hardiest varieties, survives winter cold even to the point of leaf loss.  A great medium-sized hedge bamboo. Rubromarginata, Decora, Propinqua and other medium-sized bamboo are attractive but hard to tell apart. All are great for hedges.
